Privacy Policy

When you place an order: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, shipping address, billing address, and the items you bought.

From the payment itself: the card brand, the last four digits, the issuing country and the card type. Never the full card number — see the payment-security page for why that is not possible here.

Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited on this site. The IP address is recorded with an order because it is one of the things that lets us show a payment was genuinely authorised if it is ever questioned.

Take payment, pick and pack your order, ship it, and answer you when you write to us.

Screen orders for fraud, and defend a payment if it is disputed.

Meet our tax and accounting obligations, which require us to keep transaction records for a period set by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our payment provider, to take the payment. Our shipping carriers, to deliver the parcel — they get your name, address and telephone number and nothing more. Our email provider, to send order and shipping notifications.

Each is bound to use the information only to perform that service for us.

We will also disclose information where the law requires it, which in practice means a valid legal request.

This site sets the cookies it needs to work: one to remember what is in your bag, and short-lived ones during checkout so a page reload does not lose your order.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels and no cross-site profiling on this store.

We only email you about an order unless you have specifically asked for anything else. There is no pre-ticked box on this site that signs you up to a list.

Any marketing email we do send carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Order records are kept for seven years, which is what tax and accounting rules require of us.

Support email is kept for two years. Analytics logs are kept for ninety days.

Email privacy@valueskinco.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We reply within thirty days.

Deletion has a limit we cannot get around: records attached to a completed order have to be kept for the statutory period above. Everything outside that we will remove.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request is honoured either way.

This store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
