Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, and it is free on orders of $65 or more before tax.

Express shipping is $15.00 per order at any order value.

All rates and prices are in USD. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Orders placed before 1:00pm MT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that, and orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday, go out on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are business days and do not include the day of dispatch.

Every order ships with a tracking number from a carrier that provides online tracking and delivery confirmation. We email the tracking number when the parcel is collected.

You can also check an order at any time from the order-status page using your order number and the email address you ordered with. No account and no password is needed.

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

We cannot ship to a freight forwarder, and we cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value on any customs or carrier documentation.

These are cosmetic products sold for personal use in the United States. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements, and not for any use other than application to the skin as described on the label.

Because we ship domestically only, no export licence applies. If you are reading this from outside the United States, please do not order through a forwarder — cosmetic labelling requirements differ by country and we cannot guarantee that a product complies with the rules where you live.

Aerosols and flammable goods are restricted by air carriers. Nothing in this catalog is either, so no product here carries a shipping restriction.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Check it before you submit — once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

If you spot a mistake, email orders@valueskinco.com immediately. If the order has not been collected yet we can correct it; if it has, we will help you work with the carrier.
