Value Skin Co. operates this store at valueskinco.com and sells cosmetic skincare products to consumers in the United States.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has shipped.

We may decline an order — if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the billing details, or if the order fails fraud screening. If we decline one, nothing is charged, and any authorisation is released.

We try to keep stock levels accurate. If something sells out between your order and our picking it, we will tell you the same day and refund that line in full.

All prices are in USD and are shown inclusive of nothing except the product itself. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

Prices can change, but never for an order already placed. The price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment is taken when the order is accepted. A pending authorisation may appear on your statement before that; it is released if we decline the order.

Your card statement will show VALUE SKIN CO.

Everything on this store is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no membership, no free trial and no stored payment method that can be charged again.

If you ever see a second charge from us that you did not place, it is a mistake, and we will refund it the day you tell us about it.

Where we run a promotion, the terms are stated on the page carrying it: what the discount is, what it applies to, and the date it ends.

One promotion code per order, and codes cannot be combined with each other. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.

A promotion price is the price for the purposes of a refund — a returned item is refunded at what you actually paid for it, not at the list price.

We do not run automatically-renewing offers, and no promotion on this store enrols you in anything.

These are cosmetic products, intended to be applied to the skin. They are not medicines. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.

The load rating on each product is a statement about the formula — how much a single use asks of the skin barrier — and about nothing else. It is our own scale, published so you can pace a routine. It is not a clinical measure and it is not a rating of your skin.

Every product page carries the full ingredient list, the strength of the key active, the texture, how to use it, how often, and who it is not for. Read the cautions before first use, and patch-test.

If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using a prescribed topical, talk to a clinician before adding anything new. Several products here carry specific cautions on those points.

Returns are covered in full on the returns page, and the summary is: 45 days on anything unopened, and a replacement or refund on an opened product that caused a reaction or arrived faulty.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

We are not liable for a delay caused by a carrier, a weather event or anything else outside our reasonable control, though we will always help you chase it.

The name Value Skin Co., the site design, the photography and the product copy are ours. Please do not copy them.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Before it gets that far, email us. Almost everything is fixable the same day.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you placed it.
