Gluconolactone at 8% — a polyhydroxy acid, a larger molecule than glycolic and therefore slower to penetrate. The practical effect is a real but gentle resurfacing that most reactive skin tolerates when an AHA is too much.
Load 2, and the answer for anyone who wants to exfoliate more often rather than harder. Five nights of this is a lower weekly total than three nights of Glycolic 8, and for most skin it is the better trade.

How to use
- Evening, on clean dry skin. Damp a cotton pad and sweep once over the face, avoiding the eye area.
- Follow with a moisturiser. Do not rinse.
- Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning while using it.
Cautions
- Still an acid: not for use on broken, sunburnt or freshly shaved skin.
- Do not use on the same night as a retinoid, a stronger acid, or the Weekly Mask.
- Patch-test first, and count it toward your weekly total like anything else.
